As the weather starts to cool down I find myself craving warm drinks. Coffee is always my number one, but I love hot apple cider, hot chocolate, and even hot tea. During the fall and winter especially, I find myself drinking a lot of these hot, comforting treats.

I love good ole' fashioned hot chocolate, but I also love to change things up a bit and try something new. I've made many different versions before, but this Spiced White Hot Chocolate is definitely my new favorite. It's rich and creamy and has the perfect amount of spice to it. In fact, the first time I made it, I drank two full mugs in the blink of an eye! What can I say, it was super delicious.
