One of my favorite things about the warm weather is getting to eat lots of frozen treats. I pretty much eat ice cream all year round, but during the warmer months I love to make my own homemade ice cream and other goodies. These Fruit Swirled Yogurt Pops are one of newest creations! Made with just four ingredients, these yogurt pops are beautiful, delicious, AND healthy!

I created this yummy recipe in partnership with Produce for Kids for their 2016 Spring Campaign. I participated last year and really enjoyed promoting such a great cause. Produce for Kids teamed up with Meijer to bring Jump with Jill, a rock & roll nutrition show, to local schools. The campaign launched May 29 and runs through June 26. It will raise funds for Jump with Jill and offer Meijer shoppers healthy meal solutions, recipes and tips. Since 2013, Produce for Kids has donated $342,823 to Jump with Jill, and about 75 schools have been supported through the campaign since fall 2014!

Fall Dried Fruit Tart

I've been obsessed with baking recently. {Even more so than usual!} I know it's because it's Fall and I always get so excited when the weather cools off to get into the kitchen and bake. I've been developing a lot of new Fall recipes too, and my family has definitely enjoyed being my official taste testers!

One of my favorite snacks are California dried plums, so I always have them around the house. I had a glorious idea recently to bake with these little gems, and I created this beautiful Fall Dried Fruit Tart. Rehydrating the plums makes them plump up and turn soft and tender, which is perfect in this dessert.

Today I'm bringing you another quick and easy breakfast recipe, perfect for those busy weekdays! I don't know if you have this same problem, but my youngest son is SO hard to get up in the morning. I just about have to pull him out of bed by his feet! Darn teenager, haha! Since he always seems to be running just a bit behind, there really is no time to sit down and eat breakfast. It's always grab something to go, he's got to eat in the car. These delicious breakfast bars are perfect for days like that. (Even if it is EVERY day!)

Rice Krispies have always been one of my favorite cereals, and it just happens to be one of my kids favorites, too. Whether I eat them plain or with banana slices, have them in the morning or as a bedtime snack, it seems I eat them quite often. So I decided to take my beloved Rice Krispies and turn them into a breakfast bar, making a heartier and more filling meal, and much easier to eat on the go.

Simple Berry Salad

Bright and beautiful berries tossed in a simple dressing make a perfect breakfast or afternoon snack!

Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious. Like fresh fruit and vegetables. They don't need much to taste good.

These gorgeous strawberries and blackberries are the perfect example. Tossed with a little honey and lime juice and garnished with fresh mint, they are a versatile dish. I love to eat them as a side dish, put them over my morning yogurt, and even over vanilla ice cream. They would be the perfect topping for homemade waffles or pancakes, too.

Tropical Fruit Salad + Good Cook Pro-Freshionals Cut Fruit Bowl Giveaway!

A fresh tropical fruit salad tossed with coconut makes a side dish worthy of any summer table!

One of my favorite places to be in the summer is the farmers market. With fresh fruits and veggies in abundance, it's definitely my happy place. I mean, what's not to love?

I'm fortunate enough to be a Good Cook blogger and they recently sent me their brand new Pro-Freshionals Cut Fruit Bowl to try and review. The bowl is exclusively available at Bed Bath and Beyond, and after using it I can say you definitely want to grab one for yourself!

Simple Raspberry Crostata

Simple and fresh, this rustic pie tastes just like summer.

It's that time of year again when beautiful fresh fruits are in full swing at the farmers market. I know we can get them all year round, but summer yields the sweetest blueberries and raspberries, the biggest strawberries, and every other gorgeous fruit you can dream about.

I've been stockpiling tons of berries in my frig. Some just for snacking, others to turn into beautiful dishes, like this one. It's fresh, healthy, and so simple that you can have it on your table in no time.
