Havarti, Fig & Apple Crostini with Arla Dofino #Sponsored #MC #HavartiParty

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Arla Dofino.
I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

We love cheese in our house. I mean we really, really love it. I use many different types of cheese in my recipes, plus I always have several varieties in the frig just for snacking. Knowing this, you can imagine my excitement when I was approached to work on a campaign for Arla Dofino cheese. Of course I jumped at it!

Since school is back in session, my goal was to create a healthy lunch or after school snack for my kids with Arla Dofino cheese. Made by Arla Foods, Arla Dofino has delicious cheese flavors including Havarti, Gouda, Edam and Fontina. All the cheeses are free of added hormones and crafted with quality, natural ingredients in an environmentally friendly way.

“I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for American Heritage Chocolate. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.”

I recently had the opportunity to work with American Heritage Chocolate as part of a campaign with Mom Central Consulting. I was so excited and honored to work with such an amazing and notable company!

For those of you that don't know much about American Heritage Chocolate, let me share a little background with you.

Created by Mars Chocolate North America, American Heritage Chocolate is an authentic historic chocolate recipe, made with ingredients that were only available in the 1750’s. The flavor is unique, being mildly spicy and slightly sweet.  American Heritage Chocolate is flavored with a blend of spices and ingredients that were available during colonial times, including cinnamon, nutmeg, chili pepper, orange, anise and vanilla.

It is an authentic historic recipe used in chocolate history demonstrations and is available for sale at over 130 living history museums and sites across the United States and Canada. All American Heritage Chocolate products are made with all-natural ingredients and include no preservatives. The chocolate is semi-sweet, being 63% cacao.

When I received my American Heritage Chocolate product samples, it took me a few days to decide what to make. I could have done some sort of brownie or cake, but I really wanted to think outside the box. Make something out of the ordinary. At least for me.

After running ideas past my friends and family, I finally decided to make chocolate crepes. I had just bought a new crepe pan that I wanted to try out and figured this would be the perfect time!
